Description

Human Trafficking Diversion Courts (HTDCs) are used across the country to serve minor victims of human trafficking. Although these courts are not currently used in Maryland, this research will consider their potential usefulness in serving at-risk youth in Maryland. This participatory presentation offers preliminary findings and next steps midway through a 36-month exploratory analysis of HTDCs for minors.
